HBB Wins Appeal Before New York Appellate Division, First Department

In February 2022, Neal Cohen successfully represented Sotheby’s, Inc. before the Appellate Division, First Department in connection with the denial of motion for leave to renew a prior motion to dismiss the complaint in a breach of contract action.
