Battaglia was recently named to the court-approved mediation panels in the chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Sears Holdings Corp., pending in the Southern District of New York and Brookstone Holdings Corp., pending in the District of Delaware. Mr. Battaglia was previously named to the mediation panels in the Sun Edison, Inc. case pending in the SDNY and the Gordmans Stores, Inc. case pending in the District of Nebraska.
