Purdue Pharma and Unsecured Creditors Committee Seek Appointment of Alan D. Halperin As TPP Trustee

The Purdue Pharma debtors and the Unsecured Creditors Committee have filed a joint motion to appoint Alan D. Halperin the TPP (Third Party Payor) claims administrator. Mr. Halperin has previously been a TPP claims administrator in in other opioid-related Chapter 11 cases, including the Mallinckrodt case. A hearing on the joint motion is scheduled for April 10, 2025 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
