Halperin Battaglia Raicht, LLP is pleased to announce its recent success involving an appeal before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in the case of U.S. Wireless Data, Inc. (“U.S. Wireless”), Docket No. 06-3449.  The firm represents Alan D. Halperin as the liquidation trustee under U.S, Wireless’ confirmed chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization.  The firm also represented U.S. Wireless as its counsel in the chapter 11 case. Robert D.
