Ethan D. Ganc has been practicing bankruptcy law since 2000. Mr. Ganc has developed a broad based practice which includes the representation of creditors committees and debtors in cases such as RMA Management Services, Inc., HMKR, Inc., de V&P, Inc., Insite Services Corp., Sheldahl Inc., and U.S. Wireless Data Inc. He also regularly defends creditors in avoidance actions and claims objection processes and has developed an expertise in representing equipment leasing and financing companies in chapter 11, 13, and 7 cases.
Mr. Ganc graduated from Tufts University (1996) and received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School (cum laude 2000). He is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Ganc is a member of the Association for the Bar of the City of New York and The American Bankruptcy Institute.
